Sand Plant is used in the quarrying industries for the production of high quality aggregates.

Sand Plant is also used for production cubical sand from aggregates.

The material enters through the feed tube into a closed rotor assembly. Then it is thrown against an angular rock bed by high speed impeller, which gives high velocity & Swirling action to the material. Due to this action, rock gets better cubical shape with some fines generation.

In combination of variables of rotor speed & feed height better control of finer product can be achieved.
